At a meeting of the Southern Wiltshire Area Board, last year’s time constraints prevented a workshop session on how our Parish Councils might take precautions to reduce or mitigate the risks to which their communities are exposed. It was therefore decided to produce a directory of resources available to parishes which might stimulate consideration of practical precautionary measures
